Replaces the mod-list icon and shared header mark with the supplied NS identity, converted to a 128-pixel grid. Website/backend remain separate repositories; resource ownership, persistence and protocol are unchanged.

Validation: complete local Gradle build, unit/asset/API/geometry checks. No visible client launch or desktop input; the existing launcher is preserved. No mod release or tag is requested.
