Update the public-facing README and contribution guide in English for the published alpha.7 build, with current installation, requirements, features, source links and the complete content/recipe changelog.

The only changed files relative to the already validated release source are README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, AGENTS.md, docs/ci.md and docs/publication/changelog-en.md. Gameplay, build configuration, API baseline and published artifacts are unchanged. Relative documentation links, current official website links, text integrity and a full-history secret audit pass; the local launcher and all existing tags are preserved. This is documentation validation, not a new claim of gameplay validation.

The user authorizes renaming the existing repository to nebula-storage and making it public. Preserve its history, releases and identity, update canonical download-service URLs, then verify anonymous access and the actual website download.
